Young Contester of the year Award

Objective: This is an offshoot of main “Contester of the year” award to promote youngsters

Mode: Nomination to be called in June/July each year on ARSI group

Guidelines:

  1. Contester should be of age less than 30 years as of 31st December previous year (i.e. year for which nominee is evaluated)
  2. Nominations from members accepted for even non members
  3. At least one contest  (VU or International) should have been entered with 50 QSOs submitted in the log
  4. Qualifying contests are as follows:
    1. Any ARSI Contest – Multiplier is 1
    2. CQWW SSB/CW/RTTY Contests – Multiplier is 0.6
    3. CQWPX SSB/CW/RTTY Contests – Multiplier is 0.4
    4. IARU HF Championship contest – Multiplier is 0.4
    5. All Asia Contest – Multiplier is 0.4
  5. Nomination shall include contest details, QSOs and scores made in each contest along with date of birth
  6. Selection will be done by the ARSI GC and final decision will be taken by Contest Manager
