Young Contester of the year Award
Objective: This is an offshoot of main “Contester of the year” award to promote youngsters
Mode: Nomination to be called in June/July each year on ARSI group
Guidelines:
- Contester should be of age less than 30 years as of 31st December previous year (i.e. year for which nominee is evaluated)
- Nominations from members accepted for even non members
- At least one contest (VU or International) should have been entered with 50 QSOs submitted in the log
- Qualifying contests are as follows:
- Any ARSI Contest – Multiplier is 1
- CQWW SSB/CW/RTTY Contests – Multiplier is 0.6
- CQWPX SSB/CW/RTTY Contests – Multiplier is 0.4
- IARU HF Championship contest – Multiplier is 0.4
- All Asia Contest – Multiplier is 0.4
- Nomination shall include contest details, QSOs and scores made in each contest along with date of birth
- Selection will be done by the ARSI GC and final decision will be taken by Contest Manager
