ARSI Awards

The Amateur Radio Society of India (ARSI) is please to announce the institution of two new awards recognizing stations inside and outside India.

• Contester of the Year Award – To be announced in March each year at the end of each contest season that runs from April to March each year and awarded at the next Hamfest or major national amateur radio event.

• Worked All VU Award – Awarded to VU & DX stations based on the number of states worked/confirmed. While some states are not radio active yet, it is hope this will encourage operators from other nearby states to mount mini-expeditions during contests, field days and other operating events.

• Worked Republic of India – This has been the old award available from through ARSI from India and will be announced here shortly with some revamped rules.
